Terms of Service

Effective from 19 July 2026

1. General provisions

  1. Draw the Card (the "Service") is operated by a private individual based in Poland (the "Operator").
  2. The Service provides tarot readings generated using artificial intelligence, offered solely for entertainment and personal reflection.
  3. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service and disclaimers

  1. Every tarot interpretation shown in the Service is generated automatically by an AI system and is for entertainment only.
  2. Content generated by the Service does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other form of professional advice.
  3. The Service does not claim or imply that tarot cards predict the future or influence events.
  4. If you are going through emotional, health or personal difficulties, please speak to a qualified professional.

3. User accounts

  1. The core features of the Service require no registration.
  2. Creating an account is optional and gives you access to additional spreads and the ability to save your reading history.
  3. You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your password confidential.
  4. The Operator may remove any account that breaches these Terms.

4. Personal data and privacy

  1. The data controller is the Operator of the Service. Contact: postaw.karty@gmail.com.
  2. The Service may collect: your email address and an optional display name (at registration), and your reading history (for signed-in users only). This data is processed solely to provide the Service.
  3. Data is stored on secured servers located within the European Union. If you are using the Service from outside the EU, your data is therefore transferred to and stored in the EU.
  4. The Service does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  5. Passwords are stored in hashed form only and are not accessible to the Operator.
  6. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data — to do so, contact postaw.karty@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable use

  1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Submitting questions that are unlawful or abusive is prohibited.
  3. Attempting to circumvent the security of the Service, or generating requests automatically, is prohibited.
  4. The Operator may block access in the event of abuse.

6. Advertising

  1. The Service may display advertising from third parties.
  2. The Operator is not responsible for the content of adverts, nor for the products and services they offer.

7. Availability and liability

  1. The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  2. The Operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.
  3. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside its control.

8. Changes to these Terms

  1. The Operator may amend these Terms.
  2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
